Unknown values. When evidence is missing we publish 'Unknown' with guidance to contact a vet.

Updates. Full re-check of every entry every 12 months; new toxicology research triggers immediate updates; corrections stay visible on the page.

Affiliates. Some links may earn us a commission (e.g. pet insurance comparison). This never influences verdicts — the products we can earn from have zero effect on whether a food is called toxic.

Advertising. Ad slots are switched on only after the site has been live for several weeks.
